Real estate agent and CPA Wen Feng is all too familiar with the relocation process. Originally from China, her family moved to the U.S. when she was a teenager, and she has lived in South Bay since 2009. Now she uses her real estate knowledge and personal relocation experience to help her clients navigate their real estate transactions.

 

Wen earned her California real estate license in 2022, but she has plenty of experience in the industry. With an accounting degree from San Jose State University, Wen possesses the strong financial background needed to facilitate successful sales. She is an active CPA with many years of work experience in the tax field, and she is well-versed with real estate tax transactions, including 1031 and the sale of investment properties. As a CPA, she is detail-oriented, and she enjoys researching tax regulations to provide sound tax advice to her real estate clients.

 

As a real estate agent, Wen holds herself to high standards, and she is responsible, honest, and accountable. She especially enjoys working with first-time buyers and clients who are in search of investment properties. She is able to manage tight deadlines to ensure that transactions are completed successfully.

 

In her free time, Wen enjoys hiking, badminton, and traveling. She volunteers with South Bay Baptist Church and works with the student ministry organization. She is passionate about helping others and guiding college students through challenging times. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is comfortable working and speaking with a variety of people and enjoys sharing her real estate and tax knowledge with others.
